I'm 5'3 and eat 1800 calories and excercise 6 times a week ranging from 30 mins-50 mins.

The only I've been able to achieve my goals it's sacrificing my sleep. I get up Mon-Fri at 4:45 a.m. and workout, take the kids to day care and head on out to work. No interruptions and after cooking dinner I know I don't have to worry about working out anymore. Sat & Sun I workout when the kids nap (usually at noon).

Definitely does help! I always prep mine the night before starting from making my breakfast so I don't have to rush in the morning, I also prep my 2 snacks to take to work & my lunch.
