I take husk for fiber and 2 glasses of water right after. The fiber is similar to a spnoge where it expands when it is saturated which is why you need water. I never had a problem so I think you will be fine as long as you drink water.

Yes it is possible. I lost 30 pounds in three months which is about 90 days or so. I worked out six days out of the week and ate 1200+ calories. Good luck!

I am about 5'2.5" and I have never lost so much weight other than having hepatitis (best diet worst feeling). This is actually the first time I post pictures so I hope this works. I started at 197 and now I am at 156. This was taken on 12/31/11 This was taken on 08/21/12

My arms do not rub against my lovehandles anymore when I walk, oh, and I also fit into my nice going out top that I had bought five years ago and never wore because it never fit! This was not a day or week NSV but never mentioned it before. =) Sp proud of myself!
