What did you eat that made you react like this? Also same question as @Snickerscharlie which by the way are the names of my tow favorite cats.

Wake up 30 minutes earlier and make something to take with you, or make it the night before you know what you like/can to eat you don't have to eat breakfast for breakfast.

Do what feels comfortable and when that is to easy move it up or walk longer. You can do it!

@Relser
I had never met anyone with celaics who was over weight, but now I know! It's always nice to learn more. That sucks it took thirteen freaken years!
I know it took forever!!! I now see over the years how I had symptoms going back to high school. I did a lot of research trying to figure out what was…

There is a tick (The Loan Star tick) that if it bits you, you become allergic to red meat.

@Jelaan I would always scope out the bathroom anywhere I went so I would not have to take that extra time to find it.
I found your post interesting and insightful, I just wanted to make a small correction. Oats are intrinsically gluten-free. The reason you see them specifically labeled gf is because unless grown in a wheat-free environment the oat crops are often rotated with wheat crops so that stray wheat plants will come up…

@Relser well I am fat and I have celiac, and was also fat and malnourished because of the celiac and it took me 13 years to find a doctor who thought... hmm the acute abdominal pain and soft stools 6-10 times a day perhaps we should test you for celiac. As for gluten intolerance I think it is real too I have a friend who…

I also googled it are you diabetic that is the only reason you should be worried about insulin resistance is if you do have that problem and then you should work with you Doctor and nutritionist on a diet plan best for you. Otherwise the best way to lose is to eat less calories.

Are you going to be in the middle of nowhere? Usually camp stores have ice that you can replenish your cooler with. I usually pack sandwich stuff, meat for the first two days, and then go to the local grocery for meat after that. When i could eat it already made fried chicken is a great lunch/1st night dinner. Veg, fruit,…

I have been doing this for a little over a year, and it is hard. ALWAYS READ THE LABELS!!! Not just the ingredient list but also the allergen warnings. Do not rush when going to the store like I did Monday and bought almonds prepossessed on machinery that also processes wheat how dumb am I? Check and double check and never…

My brother told me he was going to only eat oatmeal for two weeks I thought this was just one of the crazy ways he came up with to lose weight but this is a real thing? I'll say the same thing I told him Why and why set yourself up to fail? Just eat at a deficit and you will lose.

Honestly while I was having problems & waiting for my surgery (which was a month) I ate what I could which was a lot of soup and crackers it was not really a diet just food that did not make me double over in pain, so eat what you can.

I don't think this is true but onions are delicious and I eat them with just about every dinner also garlic YUM
-
Have you cut out things like wheat barley and rye? I know I get physically sick when I eat those things because celiac not saying you have that but a pancake should not have that reaction for someone without a gluten problem.
-
barefoot running sounds dangerous for the problem you just had. I would think that you would need to build a calluses up before running where you can't pay attention to what you put your foot on.

I have had the Pasta Zero Nasoya brand and I love them. They are gluten free and great for home made ramen YUM!
