I agree with everything people are saying about Topamax I had all that and tingling/numbness in hands and feet, and I lost no weight. Also I agree please eat more even if you are not hungry stay within your deficit and you will lose weight. Good Luck!

It does take its toll on you. Every night having to deal with their BS and then you are angry the next day and they get to forget about it. I am in a mood today for the same reason.

What helped me is if I have snacks on hand because i get very snacky at work. I bring string cheese, fruit, bagels and yes candy or home made sweets. Tea is terrible for your body it actually slows down your ... JK I have no idea but I love tea hot or cold, with honey or lemon. I like to blend black tea and fruit teas together in the summer so I get the caffeine and the flavor. YUM. Sometimes tea give me heartburn, but what doesn't.

I use Culturelle my Doctor recommended that brand it seems to help me get over being glutinated faster, or it could be a placebo. I just know I feel better gut wise when I take them.

I have celiac I know that if I get glutinated once I am healed I am hungry all the time for like a week. I just assume my body needs the nutrients it could not absorb while I was recovering.

It is hard to let go of those things because they have shaped who we are now, but you can overcome them they do not have to shape who you will be in the future. We can not change the past we can only accept it and move on.

I guess it would be lower calories then flour 1 C Wheat germ would be 360 to 1C AP White Flour 455 so it is just a calorie deficit which is how you lose weight. Wheat germ would have a better nutritional value then AP White Flour.

Someone at my work was following this and you could not eat some things together because they don't digest the same. I looked it up seemed to be a little off.
