If you have a cooler sandwich stuff like hummus and veg and cheese, trail mix, granola bars, peanut butter. You can always get a propane single burner for like $12 heat things up on it.

Are you counting your calories? I would try that for a month, and if you track faithfully and don't see the scale moving then talk to your OBGYN.

i would suggest fish oil pills to help with skin elasticity it is not a miracle pill but it may help. Time is what it takes.

I had bloat and terrible gas (as well as other things) 14 years later the IBS (I was originally diagnosed with) was actually celieac. If you are going to see the doctor ask for the blood test for a start.

I think she is saying bread but really means pastry. If you crave it buy one don't buy three I find that depriving means I obsess over it.

@cherishrussel keep the high fat intake down it will lessen the episodes I ate a lot a soup the month long wait until I got mine out.

I have one and it's ok I have tried to make fries several times and the best way is to have one layer take out then another layer. Really it is not worth it and I am going to sell mine in a garage sale come the spring.

I think that they are able to listen to their body ques better hungry eat full stop . My friend is this way she is very in tune to it. Unlike me whos body says full but my mind says eat more it tastes great.

yes to sugar free kool-aid, flavored water (I'd watch out with those lots of sugar), carbonated water like la croix is great, tea is good too try to stay away for the caffeinated ones because then you will be wired all day. This summer I drank a whole pitcher of ice tea and I could not get to sleep that night.

Why not try working out some at the gym some and at home. For your lower back pain try yoga. I did and it helps so much. I just googled "beginning yoga for lower back pain" and there were so many YouTube channels. Once I got the moves down I can do it without the video. I take 20-30 minutes and do them while I watch/listen…

Don't buy it otherwise willpower ... but why it is good just fit it into your calories.

@janejellyroll living in central illinois the farm is close to the butcher shop i go to, so I can see that they are treated well. I think that happy cows mean great tasting meat. Just like the vegetables I grow I treat them well take care of their needs and they are delicious.

It is good, but maybe look for a local butcher shop where the cows are close by so the cost is much the same as you get at a grocery store but the cows are happy and the meat is the best around.

You can buy egg replacer it is 1 1/2tsp to 1 egg. I have used it for baking a lot and it works great.

Topamax kind of suppressed my appetite but the anger, dry mouth and numb hands & feet were to much so I stopped taking it and now deal with migraines with yoga.
