I have a total body vibration machine ... it shows me how many calories I burn on it. How can I log that in my exercise?

Don't bother, it's passive. This article states....comprehensive research about whole-body vibration is lacking. It's not yet clear if whole-body vibration provides the same range of health benefits as exercise you actively engage in.

How much "exercise" do you log for getting a massage?
From the article @TeaBea linked:
"If you choose whole-body vibration, remember to do aerobic and strength training activities as well."
In other words, if you want to use a "total body vibration machine" then you still need to get real exercise.

Probably 80 million calories per hour. Diet and exercise are for people who don't have vibration machines.
Okay, that might not be clear. Log it as zero calories.8 -
Absolutely zero calories from the workout.
Didn't work then - doesn't work now...

Passive workouts - vibration machines, electrical ab gizmos, etc. - don't add up to anything. Activity you do is what counts for exercise.4

And not forgetting these. A friend of mine spent a small fortune on weekly sessions on a toning table.
Did absolutely nothing.

Only way to burn calories with that thing is to push or carry it around the house5

I used to see commercials for those when I was a kid! Even at 7 years old I thought they looked ridiculous and in no way effective.0 -
If they worked my ex would have thighs like a thoroughbred.3
