This happens to me every once in a while. I don't want to eat anything, or when I'm hungry anything I eat makes me feel sick either during or after eating. This lasts a few weeks then it's gone. Try eating something I like Oranges. I don't know why this happens.

The best advice I can give is go to the doctor and tell them everything. The first step is to admit the problem and to get help. It is hard you feel like you can handle it yourself but you can't. Add me as a friend if you like.

It is if you eat a lot of it look at calorie content and fit it in with your goals, make your own granola so you can keep track of how much sugar and other goes into it.

My mother bought some and gave it to me. Meh ... I make my own smooths with vegetables, fruits & protein powder. Only takes a few minutes and much better for you

Make mashed potatoes. In a pan saute garlic, onion & carrots. Ad asparagus & cherry tomatoes put on low until and cover till tomatoes pop open. Serve over mashed potatoes. I uses turkey sausage with this usually but it is good by itself. (You can also use rice instead of potatoes.

I'm wondering about drinking 1/2 her weight of water is that a day? So if she weighs 200lbs that would be almost 1,500 floz of water a day. Is my math wrong? That seems like a lot.

I take mine in the morning before I eat, and then in the evening after I eat I have no problems. I use Culturelle because my doctor recommended that brand.

Eat what you want but stay within your calorie goal. Unless you have medical issues with sugar, gluten , etc.

HAHAHAHA sure it is. So easy to get off the smack, but trying to get off the Sugar Smack I had to go to rehab like three times. Also good job for your husband losing weight and getting his diabetes under control. My uncle just had to have his legs and a finger amputated. Diabetes is no laughing matter.
