We have a very similar rock list, Pop Evil is one of my all time favs, seen them a good 6 times or so. I take it that you are going to Uproar - ours is Sept. 2nd I think. You have to check out Lansdowne - they have been on tour with Pop Evil a lot. And Silvertung is awesome too. Going to see Fuel tommorrow night.

This sounds really good. I love recipes that use tuna in other ways than just the standard tuna salad or tuna noodle casserole.

My newest favorite veggie dip is: 1 container of whipped cream cheese 1 packet Good Season's Dry Italian Dressing seasoning mix Mix together. 72 calories for 2TBSP. I like it on Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat bread (100 calories - 2 slices) with Cucumbers or just cucumbers alone.
