  • Your story sounds exactly like mine. I also lost alot in 2012 with this app. Gained it ALL back. Just can't find the strength to stick with it. I know what to do, just always fail.
  • Endomondo is a free app you can get on your phone. Tells you how fast u walk/run how many calories burned and how fast you are going. It comes in handy!

  • I'm also curious to hear the answer. I walk hills in my neighborhood for an hour also. Burn an average of 275 . I don't consider it hiking either. But kudos to you for pushing a stroller makes it more difficult!
  • I don't put in uphill. Just walking 3.0 or 3.5. I guess I jip myself for not doing that but it seems like a hassle to differentiate uphill downhill and just level walking.
  • I walk 4 miles a day thru my neighborhood. I pick all the hills for a better workout but still always wonder if I'm doing enough. According to Mfp I only burn about 275 daily.
