Is going over the allottment bad? I've gone over since I began this (3 days ago). I eat a ton of veggies and fruits and they seem to be coming from there. Carbs get such a bad rep, so I wasn't sure.

I'm new to this so I'm not sure how to figure calories when I make a meal that includes multiple ingredients. Is there a way to do it on here? It happened to me too. I started running 2-3 miles 5 times a week and gained 5lbs. Something about your muscles retaining water. Apparently this is very common and I suffered the same thing with every run. I now drink Powerade Zero --something about the electrolytes i read somewhere. I drink one cup of it about 30 min. before I run. Haven't had a cramp since I began this ritual of mine.
