I am in! Been fluctuating during August due to vacation and a camping trip. I got back completely on board Tuesday morning and between then and now (2 days!) I have lost 6.5 lbs!!! Hurray! :-)

The numbers on MFP in regards to carbs and net carbs are WAAAAAYYY off compared to here. http://www.atkins.com/Program/Phase-1/What-You-Can-Eat-in-this-Phase.aspx According to the Atkins website I am going to get 12.5 net carbs of veggies. I just posted my plan for today. How does that look? The bacon is low cal because it is super thin pre cooked bacon. Are canned veggies okay? I did not know that about endulge. The box said for all phases. Where is the easiest place to get fiber?

Wow! My goal is to get some if not most of what I want to lose off before I get pregnant with Baby #2! I was 220-245 with my first baby. I want to be healthier! How long did it take you to lose that 85 lbs?

I am so glad to hear people who like Atkins instead of bashing it! I have struggled with my workouts this week. I normally do zumba, body combat and body pump but I am sssoooo tired! I hope that changes so I can get back into that. What do you eat as a pre workout snack?

Thank you for the motivation! I took some of the things you all said and pinned them on my bulletin board at work and on my mirror at home! I feel good today and just need to continue moving forward. Every minute and every decision counts and it is just time.
