SUGAR!!!:brokenheart:

YES! Definitely harder (HARDEST) to lose. The "whys" are probably different among each of us, but they definitely wanna hang on to ya! Good luck! :drinker:
-
COFFEE! :drinker: Good idea. I'm going to try that right now. Thanks!!
-
Amen to that! Way to go! :drinker:
-
Amazing!! :drinker: GREAT JOB!

This is me also. Thankfully, I FINALLY had enough. Once I didn't CRY, I knew I was done. :glasses:

A "Big Mac" salad! It's 96% lean ground beef, broiled, on a bed of lettuce, pickles, onions, low-fat cheese and just a touch of Thousand Island dressing! YUM!
-
Yes, this is MUCH better. :flowerforyou:
-
I agree as well. :drinker:

Banana and yogurt! 200 calorie snack, sweet and cheap.
-
LMAO! THIS!! Love it!

Speaking solely from experience, and understanding that this will likely be frowned upon, in order to get MY last 10 lbs. off (over two years ago), I HAD to drop my calories to around 1000 (sometimes a little less per day, never MORE) and step up my cardio to an hour (or more) every day of the week. It took about a month.…

My usual mid-morning snack: Banana Cream Pie Yoplait with Fiber One cereal in it. YUMMO!
-
Wow!!! You look great, great, GREAT! Keep up the awesome work. I was looking at your pictures thinking how not only YOU are proud of yourself, but your children must be so proud as well! Love it!

Definitely chocolate. :frown: And I've learned (the hard way) that I can't ever eat that in moderation. I have literally had to cut it completely out to make ANY progress at all. Because I can't have "just a little". I want the WHOLE bar! (or bag, or whatever). I only allow myself chocolate on special occasions.

YAY! *happy dance* That's Onederful! Good for you! :flowerforyou:

LOL! I have some 7½s also, if anyone's interested!

Yes I've tried them. I swear, these are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn! I have the Sketcher shape ups and the AVI toners; I prefer the AVI toners when working out (cardio) and my sketchers I wear to work (on my feet most of the day). My Reeboks feel like maybe they're too tight? I even tried loosening the shoe…

Protein (chicken, fish; tuna is my favorite lunch idea) and fiber (wheat bread, fruits, etc) are terrific fillers. I will typically have a fat-free yogurt and banana for breakfast at 9:00 a.m. and am rarely hungry by lunch (although I do eat lunch, sometimes a small one, because you have to keep your body fueled to keep…

What I did to lose my last ten pounds is NOT the popular route to take (and I'll likely be shamed for it), but I had to work out HARD each day (300 - 500 cals or more of exercise) and NOT eat my exercise calories. It took about six weeks to get those pounds off, but off they are. I am a firm believer that each one of us is…

It's always a pleasure to read your posts. If I could encourage you even HALF of what you encourage me with these sweet, inspiring posts. You, too, are doing an excellent job and we're all lucky to have someone like you behind us! THANKS!
-
You are such an encouraging gentleman! Thank you for all your kind words and right back at you! You're doing an awesome job as well. Here's your "atta boy!" for the day! Have a great evening, Knight!
-
I couldn't help but laugh at this because I know EXACTLY what you're talking about!!! Especially just giving into the craving (portion sized, of course) rather than cookie-ing yourself into extra cardio! Boy, have I lived out that nightmare more than once! My downfall-slash-cardio nightmare is breakfast cereal. :(
-
Knight, your posts never cease to amaze me; your selflessness and encouragement are SUCH an inspiration and even though you're writing hundreds of folks on here, your posts ALWAYS come through as if you're speaking to each of us individually. Thank you SO much. You're doing such a great job: as a daddy, husband, encourager…

I, too, have read it. The offensiveness didn't bother me as much as the constant references to vegetarian being the only way to be a Skinny B!%(#.
-
Oh, that is AWESOME! Thanks for the chuckle! :drinker:
-
YAY! Success stories, no matter how small, are always an inspiration! And the "shameless flirting" is always flattering, is it not? Enjoy!
-
Well, please don't let this discourage you but I've been doing MFP, healthy eating, working out 6-7 days a week for a month and I'm JUST NOW seeing results in my body. It does happen, but we're all different. Keep it up! :drinker:

I'm in! :drinker:

I have a pair of Sketchers and I love them! No, they don't necessarily "tone you up", but they are VERY comfortable and add about 2 inches to my height! :)
