Walking is definatly exercise. My dr told me just go for a walk it will help with exercise and mental clarity.

I usually pack a salad with a protien also almonds or a trail mix as a snack or a wrap with tuna or chicken salad. I make 3 days worth of salad usually so that I don't have to deal with it every morning/night.

I have been trying for a while to exercise in the early am but it's always a short burst of early morning wake ups and then it affects my days. Some people just aren't morning people.
