The best advice I can give is to start slow, and give yourself a chance to build some momentum. The best advise I can give is if the thyroid isn't monitored, get it checked. If it has been, please be sure to take your medication daily. As for the weight, know it's a slow process, but a worthwhile one. Start slow, but be consistent and you'll build positive momentum. Log everything you consume, every day... regardless…
