  • One thing a lot of people do not know about the NY side of the falls (an easy walk from the Canadian side which is nicer INHO) is that there are scenic trails to walk on small islands. You can also get a certificate from city hall, if that is your thing, not mine.

  • Never done it personally,I cannot stand the cold, but know people who have. Here in Delaware they use the ocean, have been for 22 years as a Special Olympics fundraiser.. Water temp is usually in the 50's.

  • 40 here, been at this for 10 months (8 on MFP). Feel free to add me if you wish, we all could always use more encouragement.
  • I log everything over 5 calories,so I skip spices, black coffee etc. I figure I would need 20 of them to make 100 calories, so I just lower my daily goal calorie goal by 100. I do not have time to add 1 mint or sprinkle of spice.

  • Thanks for the support :-). I am able to exercise, been doing cardiofit machine. Luckily I just cannot flex my right ankle while putting pressure in it or jump, so exercise will continue, just not 30 Day Shred right now.

  • I eat at TDEE minus 20% and lose 1.8 lbs per week. Been doing this for over 4 months, mostly eating good foods with a few not so good.
