Not enough people using MFP even look at their macros...they think as long as they are within their calorie goal all is fine. It KILLS me. KILLS me ;-(

Our bodies process ALL sugars the same regardless of whether or not it comes from a snickers bar or loads of fruit. Too much sugary fruit CAN be a bad thing during weight loss, however, 100 grapes def have more nutrients than say a snickers bar ;-) Food for thought...

Love all of these ideas!! Whoever posted this topic is genius ;-) lol But sodium is def the worst part about eating out regardless eating healthy or not. It is just unreal. Sodium is my worst enemy even at home ;-(

I was in a 38DD before I lost 59 pounds. I just bought a 36D yesterday...couldn't make myself put on the other ones anymore! I am also pretty sure half of my weight came from my boobs!! I've personally just concentrated more on my breathing and keeping a steady pace and I think that has helped with my heart rate. I am still new to this running stuff too so I am sure someone else can help you out a bit more. I am at 2.8 miles at a rate of 4.8 mph right now...a bit more of a jog. Concentration is key for me.

Yes but the more " fit" you become u will have to adjust accordingly to continue to recieve results. Anything below is asking for trouble IMO...makes room for more temptations if u r always hungry.

I've had mine for 3 weeks and have lost consistently as well! I don't have the link one either, wasn't worth the extra money to me. May get the digital display that I thought it came with later but I love it jyst the way it is :-)
