Well it looks like you're not eating enough carbs (could be good or bad depending on your body and how it processes carbs, some people need more and some people need less), It looks like just a tiny little bit too much fat (it shouldnt hurt too bad) and i think its great that you're going over on your daily protein!0

looks close to the traidtioanl 40 carb 30 protein 30 fat diet.0

You can adjust your target % based on your goals. MFP defaults to 55/30/15 which (just my opinion) is a little low in protein especially in light of some recent studies that have suggested that (assuming you're losing weight through calories restriction alone) you can mitigate the loss of lean muscle mass by increasing your protein intake and dropping your carbs a bit.
On the other hand, if you're an endurance athlete you probably love your carbs (gotta store that glycogen) - I'd still up my protein and drop some of the calories from fat.0 -
Is this better? I am 5'4" weighting 163, I chase kids all day and run on eliptical or dance to ZUMBA for about an hour or more each day. I am trying to lose!! There's way too much conflicting information out there. It is almost impossible for me to stay within the 20 something grams of sugar per day and thats not eating really any added sugar...JUST A FEW PIECES OF FRUIT!! I have been stuck for 3 weeks without a loss and am getting pretty down about it. I have about another 20-30 pounds I want to lose.
