My issue is that, I usually only drink once a week.. but I can't stop at just one or two drinks.. I get down glass two of wine and I see the end of four or five! My goal is to try and limit to only drinking every other weekend maybe? I don't know.. I just need to cut it out, because (like another post said in her response)…

Thanks for the feedback.. I do input my weight and age stats when I start the workout. I bought a watch tracker, but not a fit bit.. goes with the saying, you get what you pay for.. the teacher i have d oesnt take you HR while you in motion, your supposed to sit still and quiet when it's calculating, kinda pointless..…

I agree with you! If you are interested in someone, wait to chat them up on their way out.. I think meeting people at the Gym would be a good thing.. you already know you have at least one thing in common and are like minded in your goals of being healthy.. seems like a good foundation to me!

My holiday/football 4 day weekend definetly took a toll on me. I threw all my reason out the window and overly over indulged in whatever came into sight. BUT.. Today is a new day and I am back on track. I affirm to continue to move more every day and make healthier choices at ever meal.
