  • I really like the Genisoy Vanilla Soy Protein powder. It's not super grainy and no bad after taste. I love to mix it with frozen peaches and plain or vanilla greek yogurt.
  • Sushi always does it for me. 300 calories from sushi keeps me fuller for longer than 600-700 calories form other meals. But as always, be careful what's in the roll. Things like cream cheese and mayo based sauces really mess with the calorie count.
