I am on day 2 and on level 1, I get up at 6:30 every morning to do it! I am going onto level 2 tomorrow because I feel like level 1 is a bit to easy for me! and I want to see results! I started the 30 day shred about 4 days ago but I did miss yesterday due to being lazy... i know sooo bad! I am going to do it twice today so I make up for yesterday... Does anyone know how many calories Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred?
