I've just read this and looks like, to me, that you'd need to have use of a gym to follow the plans exactly. But hopefully someone will have ideas as ways of doing the same workouts with things you can have at home like you mentioned. I'll be doing day 6 tonight after kids go to bed but I have to say last night's shred was so much easier! I still swore at Gillian a couple of times and still hate the side lunges with lifts more than anything but I am now able to push myself harder. :)

You're right. It is hard to judge whether people are just doing what they can. It's normally the ones who are texting etc at the same time. I would never ask or even stand near waiting (which I've had people do to me before) if someone is on a machine. :)

I don't understand why people get upset about people wearing makeup. I always wear make up to the gym. I don't have any left by the time i'm done, but as I'm always doing something prior to the gym I tend to have already applied makeup. I had to stop on Monday due to hurting my back and have only just been able to do 30DS again last night. With the 4 day break it still wasn't as hard as when I first started. I'm going to come back in on day 4 I think so I'll be with the majority here to keep me motivated. Will do mine tonight after boys are in bed. :)

I would say, whilst there is a lot of 'free from' foods out there it's often easier (and a lot cheaper) to find alternatives yourself rather than buying everything the same as you normally eat just wheat free.

I'm wheat free and eat rice, potato or rice noodles. Eat things like corn/rice cakes in place of bread. I make most meals from scratch as it's easier to avoid things like wheat being hidden. I do eat meat though so can't help there. Add me if you want to see what I eat in my food diary.

I'm not too fussed on my goal weight more on my goal size and shape. Hoping to get back in to my 8(UK) jeans and loose the mummy tummy. Oh and some nicer arms..... not asking too much, surely? Lol

I take my kids swimming at least once a week for an hour but as I'm not actually swimming I tend not to record it. .

I didn't do mine yesterday. I don't plan on doing shred every day - but I will do something everyday, either the gym, shred or yoga. I'm aiming to do shred 5 times a week. On one of the other posts about shred someone said that it doesn't have to be everyday - you should still have a rest day. (yoga is my rest day).

What about eating at places that are more pan-asian like Wagamamas or similar? Stir frys/curries etc but they seem to have a lot more meals where white carbs do not make up the majority of the meal? I don't tend to eat much wheat in general but I do eat white rice so maybe that's why I find it easier. I think Jamie's…
