I bought it, I hate the containers...but I do like the exercizes.. however I feel that if you have a lot to lose, these aren't the best workouts to try first...I'm really struggling with them.

My Saturday was a success! I went on a 2 hour cross country hike through woods and fields... MFP says I burned 1500 calories..my fitbit says I walked 12700 steps... It was an awesome day!

Was on track Friday, and killed a 4 mile hike today... I've had a great week. Hopefully the scale will show it Monday! TP - I use Angel soft too...LOL Only Angel SOFT!!:bigsmile: . Have a great weekend!

Also- please keep this group...I'm loving the fact that I have to check in...it keeps me motivated and I have a lot to lose...I feel if I didn't have this, I may not be as focused!

I'm here... LOL Late tonight on account of working late, and then hitting the gym late...sorry.. I drank 80 oz. of water today, and my fit bit says I've walked 13000 steps... Which 50 minutes of that was at the gym on the ARC Trainer and treadmill. So I'm on track!!!

Happy Wednesday! I'm on track! Managed to get 55 minutes of aerobics in last night...surprised myself :) No struggles with food this week yet. My goals for this week are to hit 10,000 steps a day, I'm monitoring that with a fitbit! Good Luck everyone!

Happy Tuesday! I packed my breakfast and lunch today, Bananna and Apple Junice for Breakfast, Fruit for both my snacks today, and for lunch I'm having a homemade tortilla pizza without sauce, and veggies... I'm on this! I have also cut out all but one soda a day for this week..which will kill me :) I'm hoping to continue…

I lost 6.8 pounds this week...so excited, although I was very sick with Ecoli. However, as of today I'm feeling better...and ready to go back to my exercises, which I have not been able to do since last Tuesday. Today is a new day, new week! Good luck to everyone!

Today was an awesome day for me... I stayed within my calories, and I was able to actually do Aerobics and walking... totaling 71 minutes! It's not huge, but I'm on my way! Maybe try lowering your calories by 200, it seems you are eating 1780 a day. maybe try 1500? I'm at 314, and I've been eating around 1300 calories, and exercising everyday, and I've lost 11 pounds in two weeks. I' m sure that first week was mostly water, but I also do not eat my exercise calories. Just a thought. Good…
