    Doing ok, struggling a little on the exercise part on account of all the rain we have had...I hate the gym, would rather be outside...

    Happy Wednesday Everyone!! This week has been great! Doing well with food, doing well with exercise and I have to share my little victory!! There's a particular pair of work slacks that have always been snug when wearing them, and I put them on this morning and I didn't have to suck it in to get them buttoned and there's some space in the legs where they used to be tight! :) So I am enjoying that victory! :)

    WAY TO GO ladies!
    I can relate to the snug clothes. I am hoping to fit in to some of my older clothes I used to wear. I only have a t shirt and a pair of jeans from my waist size of 34. im a 36 now and its a little snug. SO I am in full gear to lose weight.

    It was nice and cool after work, so went for a jog and ran my first 5k...woot! 31:07

    Yesterday was a stressful day at work for me. Did well for breakfast and lunch - did not eat any sweets (holy cow it's possible!) BUT went home and realized I didn't have a dinner plan so promptly ate junk. UGH.

    Water goal wise - I'm doing much better this week with water. I think next time I'm going to set a number so I can actually say I'm hitting it. But I am drinking water! :)
