Hi I have 3 and i found it harder each time..BUT i didn't watch what i ate at all...so i guess my own fault..lol..I have a friend and she had no problem cause she ate healthy through the pregnancy and still exercised..she went to the gym and everything..so if you want to you can do it...

Hi,I had the same until someone said 1200 is not enough for me.So I had to increase my cals(in my case 170 more plus at least 190 with exercise) first week I did that i lost 1.6 kg.Or some people say you have to watch your Sodium,if that is too high it holds the water in your body.I am not a Professional so i don't want to…

ok..s spelling seems to be very important to some people..so i apologise for the loosing instead of losing..hope everyone can sleep now.I am not english ,so i do my very best to spell right....hahaha..and i am using the protein shake after the exercises which is in the evening..is that wrong.?My Gym said I have to drink it…

I did WW..and lost alot of weight...but i must say..for me there is no difference to MFP..only WW you count points and MPF calories...so i guess its what you feel more comfortable with.You have to count in both,they both work the same but one is free......good luck with whatever you choose

I think you are right...i will try to eat more..and see how that will go..it just feels so wrong ..eating more loosing weight...but hey suits me if it works..hahaha

oh i thought its open ..i will open it now..well i am doing 30 ds and just startet the 6 weeks six pack...and i try to get to the gym for cardio at least twice a week....I stay in my sodium levels..and my average cals are ..i would say around 1200...

I guess...I only started 3 weeks ago and only lost 1.3 kg.And in the past when i did Weight watchers and other diets i always lost at least 1.3 kg a week..so what is different this time?i actually feel i eat more then with weight watchers..should i maybe cut my cals???

Really?What foods are they?So its not only kj counting?I did a no carbs diet..They worked great but not possible to keep up.
