I am a firm believer that whatever we do to lose the weight should be something we can do for the rest of our lives. I have lost over 30 pounds since January 2013 and I eat what I want, just in moderation. If you deprive yourself for a short time to lose the weight, then go back to eating like you were, all that weight…

I went from 195 pounds to 166 and still a DD cup. I tried on my daughter's D and I was overflowing. I did got from a 36 to a 34. I have to double up to go running. Smaller breasted women probably don't get the feeling when running. If I do not double up, then it feels uncomfortable. My sister had to have a reduction due to…

You are an encouragement. Keep up the good work.

Just saw how you are measuring. I have a similar device. When you use it, try to do it first thing in the morning after using the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything. Otherwise you may be getting an inaccurate reading. Also your hands and hair must not be wet and stand with your feet apart and hands held straight…

What are you using to measure body fat? I am 5'2 ,166 pounds and 35.3% fat. Are you sure of 30% body fat? My suggestion is to get a second opinion on the body fat % especially if you are 103 pounds and feel comfortable there. If I was 103 pounds I would be a skeleton.

5'2 I am going for body fat percentage not just weight since as I build muscle the scale may not move down so much. Current weight- 166 Body fat 35.3% Goal weight- 145ish Body fat about 25% The last time I was around 130ish, I was told I looked sickly. I do not know what my body fat % was then. Maybe the clothes I wore…

Great job and I like your monthly reports. I too have an issue with pizza. I also started running as well. Don't let the cheeseburger get in the way of your success.

That's awesome. I just started jogging a few months ago. I have have never ran before, so when I got to 5 mph on the treadmill, I was excited and started sharing with my friends on face book. Now I can run almost 6 mph. I would have never thought this possible. How I did it was a little at a time. I tried every day to beat…

Went to walmart today and not a single 34 DD nor any 34Ds. I tried on a 36 D and of course overflow and loose underneath. As I am losing everywhere else, my cup is remaining the same. My daughter has the same problem so she bought a bra from Victoria's Secret. She hasn't had kids and is only 19, yet a 34 D. I can only…

Mine is around 50 bpm. I like having my heart rate monitor around. Being aware of your heart rate can also keep you from over-training your body. I know what my limit is when working out.

Exciting when you can get into pants you haven't been able to.

I would like to help others lose weight, but I need to help myself first. How can I ask someone do something I cannot do? For myself, I would prefer a trainer that was once overweight like me. Trainers in my opinion that have never had obesity issues, do not fully comprehend what it is like to try to lose weight. Just my…
