EXACTLY !!! I eat dinner around 7-7:30 pm. Go to bed around 11:00 pm.

Up until this April, when I started on this journey I woudl grab the following probably 2-3 days a week: I would get a medium chocolate/marshmellow shake chicken salad with TWO dressings or Chicken strips with fries. I cant imaging doing this now. It makes me sick thinking about the abuse I did.

I had a friend in college who dumped THREE very full cat litter box remnants in front of her Ex's front door. He gets up EARLY to work out and ofourse stepped in all the @!#$@##$@# on his way out. Oh and it was August so the smell lingered for a few days. I found it quite clever.

I try to keep it aroun 350, then I have more to spread out through out the day.

I agree ! I started at 164 and My goal is the lower 130's. I am also a runner.

I am 5'4 and currently 140 lbs. My goal weight is 132 as I am trying lose in my thighs and breasts. I have pretty much always been a D cup and I want to get to a 34C. Easier to run when they are smaller.

I have foods on occassion that I consider off limits (ie: cheeseburger, pizza or alchohol) but I definitley would not throw an entire day just for junk food. I work too hard the rest of the week to maintain, why blow it in one day. So to answer your question; I only have a cheat meal every once in awhile.

You have already lost 75 lbs......BRAVO !!! Keep running, one day you will be running and it will click and you will realize that you are doing it on your own and at your own pace. DONT GIVE UP !!!

Tombstone garbage Pizza. Completely gave it up 5 months ago. Switched to Magaritha Pizza, figured I still get my fix with less calories.

I do 5 days a week. Two of those days I do a "killer mode" work out where I try to get up to 2000 calories burned. The other three days I burn 1500 per work out. I am also a runner and would consider that my usual work out. I add biking on atleast three days.
