The hardest part is keeping in Ketos and its VERY different for everyone. Do NOT by any means compare your journey to others. Some drop lbs right away and others have gradual weight loss. #Itsyourjourney

20 grams is if your doing intermittent fasting. They say do around 40 net carbs a day.

I have been on KETO for five weeks and have lost 16lbs so far. I do 35-40 Carbs a day as I do not want to rush the process and give up everything. Once you figure out what macros will put you in Ketosis, your on your way to losing weight.

I am on KETO and have coffee EVERY morning...black w no cream. I have been on it for 6 weeks and have lost 16 lbs. I have never felt better, once you figure out how to get into Ketosis you are good and will drop weight.

5'4 147lbs. I have no hips so I wear a Size 6 at every basic USA store (GAP, Old Navy etc) Size Medium in a blouse and tank tops. 6 Dress pants

I eat back half and usually burn about 700-800 calories per work out. I think it really depends on how much you burn. If you do low impact work outs and only burn 200-300 then I would not eat it back

I am 5'4 and weigh 150, my goal is 135-138. I quit running due to injury and now I do the elliptical and walk on an incline. Running for years has done a number on my knees so I have to find alternative work outs. I wear a size 6 jeans and medium top.

A doctor will tell that you should weigh around 110 at 5 foot. After that add ten pounds to every inch in height and that is a healthy weight for a typical woman. I am a little taller than this group (5'4) but not by much. I currently weigh 143. My goal weight is 138.

AGREED !!! Take it slow. A lot of new runners want to run at the pace of their friend or at a fast pace because they do not have thier breathing down. A run/ walk is also my advice. I have trained a couple of my friends on running outside and I always suggest that you walk for 3-5 minutes after your run. This prevents shin…

Its anywhere from 4-6 lbs for me. I try not to weigh myself during this time. Makes me even crabier than I already am at that time.

I think you should just be 19 and not be so concerned about your calories. Sounds like you are doing just fine.

I would try and get a sandwich without cheese. This can sometimes save you 100 calories.

I am working two jobs right now so I only work out 3 days a week. I run for 80-85 minutes and usually burn around 1300 calories.

I wish I could rise and shine but I practically trip over myself in the morning. I work out after work around 5:30 pm.
