  • I always wonder what is the exercise routine for such a major weight loss. DId you start out intense and then cut back once you saw results ?
  • I work two jobs and do not have time to eat 5-6 times a day. I feel happy and full with three miles. I also run four days a week and have a snack imbetween my three meals. I think 5-6 is alright if you are burning that many calories.
  • I work as a bartendar on the weekends and can wear jeans to work. I never want to wear my expensive jeans due to spills so I buy a lot of the FLIRT fit at OLD NAVY. Twice a year they sell them for $15.00, otherwise I believe they are in the $30.00 range. They are super comfortable and keep thier color and fit.
  • I am also eating 1200 and exercising around 4-5 days a week. I am always hungry and feel that I ache a lot more know that I cut my calories so low. What made you decide to change your calorie intake and did you see a big difference in your energy level ?
  • Oh and I had Bertoli mushroom pasta with sauteed spinach and ONE slice of garlic toast.
  • Hi there ! I try to eat my last meal before 8:00 pm. I read somewhere that your metabolism shuts down after that time. Good luck with your weight loss ! Jen

  • Try the chicken strips that are cut up and packaged. You can throw them on a salad or microwave with a tortilla. They are skinless and very low cal. I take them to work and find them to be very convenient.
  • They work out every day ALL day. I had read an article that says that they literally do nothing but work outs and sleep. Remember these people are not working at thier job or forced to deal with junk food, they are basically quarantined from all of this.
  • I completlely agree !
  • HI Amanda ! Just wondering if you run outside or on a treadmill. I find that running outside I tend to lose my pace and run slower than my treadmill. I ran for quite a few years and got lazy this last winter. I am however back in the game and hoping to run my first 5K on Mothers day. JM
  • I would really try to limit your water intake before the run. Sometimes we dont realize how much water we drink because its good for us so we dont feel guilty downing a couple glasses. I run on a treadmill (due to bad knees) and usually have to hit the bathromm 3.25 miles into my work out. I think woman just naturally have…
  • I live with my sister and she is a junk food addict. I just started this program and she already asked me to go too Culvers to get a shake. I told her NO! NO! NO!. I think she will get it after she sees that I am serious. IT will be hard though we are "FOODIE" buddies and that habit is hard to break.
  • Wow ! You must feel great. You belly looks awesome !
