a low cal wrap (i really like ole wellness wraps) with 1 banana and 2 tbsp of peanut butter (i'm addicted to better n' peanut butter, which is 100 cals for 2 tbsp!); you can also make really yummy bean and veggie dishes in advance-- i sometimes buy low sodium canned beans, to which i add cayenne pepper, a dash of lime juice, and 1 zucchini sauteed w/ 1/4 tsp of olive oil... yummy!

you can also get some high fiber cereals (like those sold at trader joe and/or fiber one brand's great and low cal too), and sprinkle some on top of plain greek yogurt mixed with fruits. i LOVE mixing together half a large banana w/ 6 oz of greek yogurt, and adding about 1/2 cup of crunchy cereal to it!

a protein bar and an apple could make a great snack. or string cheese and an apple-- there's something really filling about balancing out carbs and proteins.

    good luck!

Try the chicken strips that are cut up and packaged. You can throw them on a salad or microwave with a tortilla.
They are skinless and very low cal. I take them to work and find them to be very convenient.
