I use kingsmill 50/50 crust away bread which is 47 calories, it is a lot smaller than a normal loaf of bread.

Every person is different, I will track my calories burnt for things such as walking to the shop( if it is a far distance away) or walking to collect my children from school but I don't track things such as cleaning my home etc.

I bought a popcorn maker, one that uses air to pop the popcorn. I normally have around 12g which is quite a lot when you weigh it out and it is very low around 46 calories .

I am a mom of 4, two year old twins , a seven year old and ten year old daughters.Feel free to add me if you want .

I use a Polar FT40 which works well for all activities that I do including water aerobics .

I also have two older girls, one is 7 and other is 10. My 7 year old has Autism with severe speech and language difficulty. It often feels as though I have three children under the age of 3 rather than two.
