i was wondering if anyone could give me any idea on what i can use around the house as home made weights. i dont have the money to buy any. thanks

You could fill some empty soft drink bottles up with water?0

What kind of weights? Dumbells can be pretty much anything (plastic bottle filled with water, full can of soup, bag of rice, whatever). Barbells would be a little tougher.0

Do you have a Goodwill or Salvation Army store near you? They may have some weights cheap. Also check Craigslist or Freecycle.
Milk jugs filled with water or sand would work too.0
