Morning workouts are the best - Up at 4;30 and already on the treadmill by 5:30am. I love it as it hard for me to get to the gym after work. Just an overall Feeling Great type of day!

Try juicing and/ or smoothies as well. I'm not a big veggie either either but but making smoothies with Kale, broccoli, spinach etc and adding fruits to sweeten. Lots of recipes out there to get you started. Good luck

I dont' feel great at 45 but am fighting and trying to find me again. I'm running into alot of obstacles but will just look at them as challenges I need to climb over. I lost 17lbs gain back 7 and I feel lousy! But I will try to keep my spirits high and continue to work to losing the weight and keeping myself healthy!

445 am for me at least 3 days a week,. I hated at The beginning all I did was whine about how tire I was. I'm not whining now! On a good week, I get in 3 morning and 2 evening. If that's the best time for you to workout, do it. Before you no know you have your routine down packed! Good luck.

The extra calories added is to help you build muscles. It's important to add weight training to your workouts. If you are working out say 3 days a week incoporate weights on the 1st and 3rd day. If no weight training then best to stick to your specified calorie, but keep in mind you still need to tighten muscle. Hope this…
