Hi! I started C25K in July and I actually only have w9d3 left. If you had asked me 3 months ago if I could have made it here, I would have told you that you're crazy! I'm going to keep up the running once I'm done as I have a 5k at the end of the month. Feel free to add me, as I love to give support. Believe in yourself…

Congratulations on completing W5D3! That's such a huge hurdle! I just finished W7D1 and I tend to hold off meals until I'm finished my run. Or alternatively, I'll have a protein bar and LOTS of water. Keep up the great work!

There is some research around gaining weight when changing to a new exercise program. I'm experiencing the same thing right now. I just keep reminding myself that it's not actual fat...just water, so it doesn't matter. I increased my food intake a little bit to help with the new exercise routine, and surely enough, the…

But as my aunt said..."those tags do nothing but depress you - rip 'em out!" I'm going to…

I'm currently reading "Women, Food, and God" by Geneen Roth. Now granted, I'm only 1/2 through - and it seems kinda hokey at times...the further I get into it, the more small "gems" I'm able to pull from it. Happy reading!
