I eat what I want. 51 pounds gone since April. I now gravitate towards healthier because you get more with healthier. Just stay under your calories!

Crispy Green freeze dried fruits. I like the Asian pears the best. Only 40 calories a bag.

Cheap and healthy is a hard one. If you get yourself a slow cooker and make home made soups, they are both economical, healthy and low calorie.

I glanced at your diary and right away I see that you are over your allowed calories quite often. If you want to lose you need to stay under you allowed calories. I think it is a matter of preference. I will call my husband my hubby. It is out of love. He actually likes it. I get that you don't like it and I promise I will never call you hubby. Maybe you should tell your wife this if it bothers you so much.
