I have noticed that since I started this and made some healthier choices, my tastes have changed. The old me would have never eaten a veggie burger. Now I really like them (good ones are great, cheap ones, not so much.) So give different foods a chance, they may grow on you.

I've got the mother of them all. My boss, "You are such a beautiful woman, its a shame you are so heavy or you would be beating guys off with a stick" I told him "I am fat on purpose, it weeds out the shallow guys like you." That was 6 years ago before I married my wonderful husband.

Today I weighed in and lost 3.1 pounds. For a total of 20.8 pounds gone! I get a charm!!!

Nice to meet you Cindy! I look at it this way... if we do nothing we stay the same or get heavier. Even if we lose one pound a week, in a year we weigh 52 pounds less! I love the story of your nickname Tink.

I am sure the Nestea would work. I like to do the tea bags, I then know what I am drinking and I can add some truvia. Some premade tea has calories. But, I guess any green tea would be good. Just check the labels.

That is one of my big fears too. I have emailed a lot of people who have lost significant amounts and have heard if you tone the muscles you won't get as much skin sag. And use plenty of lotion. It happens worse to people who lose a lot very fast.

I tried this before I decided to join MFP and eat better. To me it was heaven in a tub. Its not cream cheese. IT is like the inside of a chocolate truffle. It is dark chocolate yumminess.

The same thing for me on the fast food. It just no longer does it for me and the last time it was actually tasted awful.
