  • Hello-- I'm 26, 5'11"--current weight 163, goal weight 140. I think my goal weight is pretty good for me. I graduated high school at 125. I realize that after having kids your body will never be the same so I am settling for 140. But, as everyone has said I realize that things may change down the road. I just got done…

  • When I first started I was weighting myself everyday...I realized that I would not loose everyday and I would have ups and downs...But now that the weight is coming off a lot slower I am trying the approach of weighting myself once a week...I have noticed that it is not on my mind 24-7, still makes me nervous about…

  • I have seen alot of people talking about p90x. I read about the system online and it sounds awesome. Is the only cost the cds? Or are there recurring costs associated with the program?
  • My weigh in 165.2...
  • Once I had realized the importance of fiber, I was surprised to find out that my daily intake was slim to none. So instinctively I went on a fiber hunt trying to eat foods that were higher in fiber. Well lets just say that the process of introducing more fiber needs to be a slow one!!!

My husband has always supported me in everything I do; however his "you look good to me" stance hasn't really gave me the push I need to reach my ultimate…

  • Thank you so much for the info and support. Kbirky-your situation sounds all to familiar. I lost the majority of the weight at first by cutting portion size and taking out pop and (most) junk food. I have just now introduced the cool runnings "couch to 5K" workout. Last week was my first week and I worked out 5 of the 7…

Since then I have lost 22 lbs. This is an amazing feat that is still unbelieveable to me. However, I have seemed to hit a road block. I am trying to…
