I still exercise as I find it helps with the cramps. I have to force myself to do it as I am not in the frame of mind for it as tummy hurts etc, but when I get to the gym and get started I feel the benefits straightaway. I also crave carbs at this time of the month and mostly give into them, if I don't the cravings get…

I think on a general population average they estimate 10lb per dress size, however saying that, I did have to lose 14lb to go down a dress size, but this time I've only lost 3lb and gone done a dress size, the numbers on the scale are very slow going down for me, but at the end of the day I don't go by that, my body has…

I don't really have any pet peeves, but this one time I was on a bench using dumbbells, when a guy decided to do his press ups on medicine balls right next to me, he was so close I couldn't put weights down to the side as there was no room. Hi, Like you I have also just jumped back on the wagon after a month or so of falling off. However I have returned determined and eager to lose the weight and not let stress and other factors throw me off course. Wishing you luck

I have a large protein shake every morning, fills me up and keeps me going until lunchtime. Cereals and bread cause me too many problems.

interval training is best for burning fat as it increases meataboism, and helps body continue to burn calories after training. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn even when resting.

I am now, but before i started on here I was eating on average 600 calories, I now eat between 1000 and 1200 a day.

I'm struggling to eat my daily calories, let alone the ones I burn from exercise.

Thanks everyone, I have been taking measurements but they are also staying the same, and I definitely have less calories going in than going out. I have increased my calories intake slightly as when i started the food diary I realised I should have been eating more than 600 calories a day, but I eat chicken breast and fish…
