Any good stretches for hamstrings and glutes
Hi, Does anyone know of any effective stretches for hamstrings and glutes, i do all the 'usual' ones but they dont seem to be effective as i cannot feel them. I am quite flexible and wonder if this is why I cant feel the stretch.
