Any good stretches for hamstrings and glutes

Hi,
Does anyone know of any effective stretches for hamstrings and glutes, i do all the 'usual' ones but they dont seem to be effective as i cannot feel them. I am quite flexible and wonder if this is why I cant feel the stretch.

What do you mean by all the 'usual" ones?

Have you tried any dynamic stretches? They tend to work better for me, as well as using a foam roller.

Love Pigeon Pose: Benefits: Stretches the thighs, groins, back, and psoas. Opens the chest and shoulders.

The Eye of Needle pose is good too, I like to do it sitting up while pushing the middle of my back towards my bent leg:

    Good Luck!

    Best hamstring stretches:
    1. cross your feet right over left, and reach for your toes and go as far as you can, then switch to left over right and repeat.
    2. Lie on your back pull one leg to your chest while other is straight out hold for a little while, then pull it across to the opposite shoulder (this will hit your glutes a little). Then swith legs.
    3. Sit on your bum, take your right leg and bend itso that the bottom of your foot is up against your inner thigh, lean forward and reach as far as you can. switch legs
    Glut stretch:
I only really know one, sit on the flow and grab your foot and pull it toward your chest (lightly) switch for the other side.

    This.
I can "feel" pretty much any stretch I do, if done properly.

Whats the purpose of the static stretching?

I like using the "spiderman stretch", that seems to help me.

Barbell back squat with heavy weight.

    That's one stretch you'll feel.

    Just bend over.
