  • Yay, I finally busted through my plateau! I lost 2 pounds this week, bringing me to 23 pounds total. I'm hoping my charms will arrive in the mail today or tomorrow. Can't wait to start wearing my bracelet.

  • Still shopping for my charms. I put a couple bids on some on eBay. Hey, we were talking about scale charms & I found one on Charmfactory.com for $5.89. There's also one that says "Patience" which I'll probably be needing <tee hee>.

  • I hit my 60 day mark on Tuesday with 21 pounds lost. Things have definitely slowed down but I'm still very happy with the results overall.

  • My favorite shake is 1cup skim milk 1 cup frozen raspberries 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup 3 ice cubes So delicious, I have it almost every night for dinner. I never get sick of it and it helps calm my chocolate cravings too! :bigsmile:
