  • Ditto. IMHO, you don't need protein shakes. That book gives good advice about how much protein to take in, but with real food rather than supplements.
  • At home, I like Diet V8 Splash with coconut rum. That might be hard to do while out, though. I vote for exercising a little more to make up for it, and drinking a nice craft beer.
