Hi! I am also a college student trying to lose about 20 pounds. I find the hardest part about losing weight and being in college is cost and serving size. Alot of times it is easier to just go grab a meal from a fast food place then to cook up something for one person. But, this website is a great place to start! Good luck…

I like smart ones english muffins with eggs whites, cheese, and canadian bacon (found in freezer section). They are only 210 calories, and they are pretty filling with a good serving of protein. Just pop it in the microwave for about a minute and you're good to go!

I just started C25K today. I had started it during the summer and couldn't get past week 6, so I decided to restart it. Day 1 was a lot easier this time around from when I first started it.
