I eat them only if I'm very hungry. I really try not to eat them back, as I've tried both ways and that seems to work best for me.

I'm 5'2", weigh 132 and I wear anywhere from size 4 (ok, I only have ONE pair of 4s, but I can still fit my *kitten* in them! ;)) to a size 9 or 10. I'd say I'm generally a size medium, size 8, or a size 30 in jeans. Just depends.

I love to eat Healthy Harvest, low sodium soups. I eat the whole can, but it's only 180 cals. It's very filling, and it helps to have low sodium options.
