Hi! I am newly pregnant with my first, due end of March, if all goes well. Wanting to remain active and fit and healthy. Lots of nausea and fatigue due to the coo-coo hormones. I'm pretty nervous, but I know that working out will help me with the stress and emotions. Congrats to you ladies, too!

Can totaly relate! I would get home and be HANGRY. (so hungry I was angry :-) I have started to divide my lunch into 2 portions. I eat the first half around normal lunch time and then around 3:30-4ish I have the second portion. And lots and lots and lots of water in between. It took about 2-3 days to adjust, but it has…
