HUMMM... yeah that would be very frustrating for sure. I am not sure how i would approach that situtation. i know i have had two little ones prior and always had their rooms ready and they are healthy beautiful happy kids. :)

We are due march 13th 2013! cant wait to meet our newset addition. We will find out what we are having if baby cooperates on October 23rd. Fitness is well the least of my concerns at the moment. :) I was VERY VERY sick the first 14 weeks. it is getting better, but my bed time is the same time as our 9 yr olds. HAHA 8pm.

well yesterday was HELL! I was sick all day long! i did manage to keep down my dinner but that was the only thing that stayed down. got on the scale this am---8 weeks and 1 day up 2 lbs so far. not sure if thats good or bad.

Yeah i am in the same boat. I am just about 8 weeks, and nothing really sounds good except for pasta and fruit. The bad thing is that every 2 hours my tummt hurts so bad like i have not eaten in days! and i am very nauseated pretty much all day, and sometimes its really bad in the evening.

I was 7 weeks yesterday! nausea most of the day and really really tired. the worst feeling is that about every 2 hours or so i get this horrible feeling in my tummy like you would get when you are really really hungry... has anyone else had this? What did you do?

i would say JUST ENJOY YOURSELF, HAVE FUN, and BE SMART! I havent really kepy track of food but we have walked alot. so just enjoy this time. :)

You should actually do both cardio and weights. :) Also take your measurements. thats a very important thing. There will be times when the scale may not move but you will lose inches. Also another good motivational thing is to take pics of your start then maybe a month later and so forth. Not sure what kinds of exercise…

i did the 30 day shred in may, i loved it, although some things in it are repetive, but you get good results. I am doing her Ripped in 30 now, its lays out 4 weeks, each week or 7 days is completley different. :) i am starting week 3 tomorrow. level 1 and 2 were completley different. so its a good balance and not the same…

my main focus is upper, lower and mid waist, thighs, hips. You can also measure biceps, and bust if you are tracking those.
