YES!!! Just went to the Dr. i thought it was due to my period but turns out I have bowel issues. It was so painful i would pass out!!! they put me on miralax for 2 months and a probiotic. i have no idea which foods are bad because i just started. I think i have probably always had it just never this bad.

I have to say, I think I liked level 1 better. As far and different exercies. level two, even though it hurts just seems like the focus is more on my arms. Which is not a problem area for me.

Heck, I am not even trying to jump like that lol, i just jump extra high and swing my arms once. I do really like level two except for those stupid squats where you lift the weights into a v up to your eyes. Thats a killer on the arms. I am on day 4 level 2.

There is a group of us doing it now. I just started level 2 last night. level one i think was harder than level 2. If you stick with it than you will see results. Dont listen to the scale and make sure you measure. I have only lost 2 lbs but so far 3 inches overall. Listen to your body. If you need a rest day then take it.…

I have not done that one, but doing the 30 Day Shred by her. i have seen great results as far as inches lost. There has been no adjustment on the scale, but at least 3 inches overall in 12 days.

I am on day 12 today. i was supposed to start level 2 last night but could not find it on youtube. So i did level one and will now have to buy level 2 to switch up. :) Doing well with it!

Yes this is normal, i am on day 9! It gets easier but you have to listen to your body, i think your knees need a day off. i went 3 days and it hurt so bad, took a day off then started it again.

How am i supposed to log this? I have been logging as circuit training 25 minutes. only 183 cals, but someone else on here said it was alot more than that.

Today will be day 8 for me. It gets easier :) eventually it will not be the legs hurting just the arms, those side lunges with the arm lift hurt my arms so bad!!

No it is ok if you miss a day! Listen to your body for sure. Your body will tell you when it needs a break. Just make sure you pick it back up the following day.

YES ladies it will get easier!! I am on Day 7, the first three days I could hardley even walk! i did it three days in a row took 1 day off and on the 4th day it was a little bit better. i still feel in especialy in the arm exercises but the legs are getting stronger!!
