That is a great idea. I drink Chi Tea Latte and it is 310 calories. I also don't eat breakfast since I am taking in so many calories. I'm sure this only compounds the problem.

Thank you all for the advice. Everyone has to start somewhere! It's seems overwhelming at times but I do like the idea of starting small and building on it one week at a time. Thanks again you all gave me a place to start.

I looked into T-Mobil yesterday as I was thinking about switching. Come to find out their new thing with no contracts means you pay full price for the phones now. It says $99 for the s4 but then it says this is the down payment total due $500+ at $25 a month. (Something like that). I will stick with Sprint.

I currently have both and seriously for less than $20 a month you can't go wrong. Although Hulu does have current shows, you can catch most of them on the channels website anyway. If I had to choose i would choose Netflix. It rubs me wrong to pay for Hulu's service and still have to watch commercials.

I keep saying to my sister I wish I raised in a more active house hold so I would enjoy exercising. I think it is a great idea. If you were doing something more traditional like bike ridding she wouldn't have thought twice about it.

Thank you for posting this is great information. About how many calories are you taking in on your fasts? What about after your 10 day fast what do you do to make sure you don't put the weight right back on?

I'm pretty sure they do help. My 15 year old had knee surgery and after a year of no activity the butt cheek on the side she had the surgery was visibly saggy. After doing 30 ds with extra lunges on that side they are almost the same. (I took pics to show her but obviously not posting it here)
