Committment and a steady job! Sorry couldnt resist, I was just wondering the same thing so I'm curious as to what other people use.

I would go with Adidas Megabounce, they have that cool look and they actually work:happy: I bought a pair earlier in the year and love them, my girlfriend later bought a pair and loves them and now her mom has a pain and SHE loves them. So we all have 5 star reviews and its not just because of looks.

Exactly, I couldnt agree more

Its normal to lose motivation like that, it really comes and goes as the days pass. You just have to have the comittment to stick with it and grind it out even though its hard. You may be overweight (like the rest of us) but there is no such thing as an ugly woman. Just remember that you're on the right path and you've…

I walked for about 4 hours last year and plan to do more this year, I'm on my credit unions team. I know how you feel, it takes alot of energy to walk that far!
-
Lol, that was funny  . Dont sweat it man, I know how you feel

Thats always a good sign

Congrats, your doing an awesome job. Keep it up!

I run with my Boxer (Harley) all the time. Too bad I dont have the energy that he does.... :(

With the amount of red meat your eating a week I would drop the Iron pill, chances are your getting pleanty from your food. If you OD on iron it is VERY detrimental to your body.
-
Sure does, I've lost 10 pounds since I started counting calories and exercising more. Watchin how many calories you have left really helps deter you from overeating. You really have to stick with it though, and log EVERYDAY!

Try to completely switch up your routine this week, do different exercises and eat different size meals.
-
That happens, another workout this week will boost your weightloss anyway :)

Thats a very attainable goal, your body is capable of incredible things. Just use it as an indicator. I started this program at 240 pounds and the first day of exercise I ran for an hour, I made it a little over 5 miles, so it can be done. Your body will tell you when its had too much, you just have to be able to discern…

I'm in the same boat, I started gaining weight when I got serious in my relationship with my highschool sweetheart I weighed 180 my sophomore year in highschool. 195 my junior year. 220 my senior year. and got up to 240 this year as a freshman in college. I started trying to workout and diet and lost ten pounds but i had…

Whole grain crackers or something, and I make other people around me eat all the fattening foods!
-
Thats what I would assume, but I'm not culinary expert.
-
Your in the right place! Good luck, just stick to your calories and find new and fun ways to get your exercise.

Its great to be able to do stuff like that, We played basketball and baseball and football. I havent laughed that hard in soo long. That hike was crazy, I've never walked that far in my life and I thought I was going to die after 20 miles. I could barely walk when I got up yesterday, it was alot of fun though. I wish we…

Sounds like the time I had Mono

Good job, I hope those pounds fly off. Those inconsiderate kids at school will be jealous of you seen enough, and if their laughing at your weight they have problems. That always P'd be off in highschool :explode:

You could always go to your doctor and ask for a skinfold, it'll tell you what your actual BMI is. That would answer your question with 100% accuracy. I'd say just stick with the diet and exercise, its good for you and teaches you self discipline that you'll use to lead a long healthy life.

I know how you feel, I've been using this site almost 2 weeks. Most days after my workouts I'll have anywere from 500 to 800 calories left, but if I'm not hungry I wont have anything. As long as your getting over 1200 calories a day I wouldnt worry about having a few hundred calories left after a hard workout. Watch how…
