Youre very lucky, I wish I had a free membership somewhere but like most other people I have to pay for mine :(

I'm in the same boat as you, lost 40 lbs earlier this year then took a break when summer rolled around. Put on 5 lbs (muscle) since then, but now I want to lose another 20-25 lbs before I leave for basic in january. Try to clean up your diet as much as possible by cutting out as much processed food and refined sugar as…

Just enjoy a LITTLE bit of everything, thats key.

I kept myself from developing the health problems the rest of my family is stricken with. Taught myself portion control and made exercise a fun part of my daily routine. Oh yeah and I lost 35 pounds but who's counting.

People have been telling me that for months now but I still NEED to lose another 20Lbs. I'm not sure if their trying to be nice by saying that I dont look like I need to lose any more weight or what but it gets really annoying.

I cant tell for sure by your picture but it could be that you just dont have that much more to lose. I dont know what your goal weight is or any of that so its hard to say but if your not happy with the way you look you may just want to tone out instead of trying to lose weight. Muscle weighs more so you'll gain weight but…

Alright, I'll check in on sunday. Good luck!

Just set some exercise goals for yourself and stick to them till you reach your goal. I weigh myself on sundays so I'll check in every sunday with my weightloss for the week. I was just thinking something simple along those lines. Any Ideas?

Your allotted calories will go down because you weigh less therefore your body needs less calories to function. If you keep up your current workout plan and adjust your calories to fit your new calorie goal you will continue to lose weight.

Try doing P90X, you should have no problem getting to where you want to be if you follow that routine.
-
If your doing them nonstop I would log it under cardio (situp, its on there just log the time it takes you) if your doing it in sets I would put it under strength training. You wont get the calories burned from it added onto your daily limit but that could be a bonus.

400 calories once is not going to hurt you. Forgive and forget and move on. Today is a bright day full of sweat and weightloss.

I'm really sorry you have to go through all that, it really seems like a living hell. But dont give up, things are always darkest before the light. You may not be able to lose weight, you may gain alot more weight but if nothing else you should stay on here because we care about you and want to be there for you through…

Your in the right place Torie, if you ever need anything just holler.

Wow, my fiance takes that stuff....

I'm not sure what all it works, but you get results. I used it for an hour 3 times a week for about 2 months and lost all the weight I've lost so far. Its great because theres no impact and you dont feel really tired even after an hour on it.

You need to confront him about how unhealthy and dangerous his eating habbits are. Unless you want to be widowed when your middle aged.

I've not read the article, but I've struggled with weight most of my life. I've always read/been told that exercise alone will still be effective whereas diet alone is not. Personally I cant see where limiting your caloric intake and not exercising could be good for you at all. The only weight you would lose would be…
