Just load the chips with salsa and fill up on the salsa rather than the chips. Salsa is low calorie, its just the chips that get you.

Those are both excellent calorie/ fat burning exercises, your legs wont get bigger from doing either though. You'll trim fat and develop/ maintain lean muscle so your legs will thin out.

I cant find the link. But if you take about 5 minutes after you workout and walk/jog backwards it will build up the muscles in the front of your shins and the pain will go away.

Its amazing to see how quickly your clothes go from being tight to falling off of you. I just recently had to buy all new belts because I ran out of notches to go down. Good job, its a great motivator.

I wouldnt worry to much about it, december 21st is the just the end of the 4th cycle, so december 22nd is the beginning of the 5th! They said that on the 21st the knowledge of the ancient Mayans will be rediscovered and it will be the dawning of a new age for mankind!

Great job, I'm so close right now but I cant seem to lose that last 2 pounds. I busted my butt last week and lost 4 pounds but I just cant get that 1 to come up on the scale. Oh well, I guess I just need to grit it out and try harder. Congratulations, I'm proud of you :)

I had no idea you could make your journals public, I just took mine off private. I think having a public journal is a great motivator to stay in your calories and exercise everyday.
